As a freelancer graphics designer, I completed 50+ posters and presentation designs (including social media marketing designs) for clients in multiple different industries.
My Design Process
To begin, I conducted extensive research on the brand, target audience, and competitors to inform my design decisions. From there, I created initial design concepts, experimenting with typography, color schemes, and imagery, and presented them to the client for feedback.
After narrowing down the options to few final designs, I used design principles such as balance, contrast, and hierarchy to ensure that the posters were visually appealing and easy to read. I also made sure that the messaging was clear and concise, highlighting the product's unique selling points. For the imagery, I incorporated high-quality product photos and lifestyle imagery that would appeal to the target audience and help them visualise themselves using the product.
Throughout the design process, I maintained open communication with the client to ensure that their expectations were met. I made revisions as necessary to ensure that the posters were aligned with the brand identity and messaging. Ultimately, the posters were well received by both the client and target audience, effectively promoting the product launch and increasing sales for the client.
In summary, as a designer, I take pride in utilising my design skills and creativity to create high-quality designs that meet the needs of my clients.
